After completing a Bachelor of Physical Health & Education from the University of Toronto, I graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Master of Rehabilitation Sciences. After spending a year working as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) in Toronto, I ventured off to the University of Sydney for a Master of Physiotherapy in 2016. Upon becoming a physiotherapist, I worked in Sydney at the highest level of professional rugby league (NRL) as a physiotherapist for 3 seasons. I was fortunate to be the head physiotherapist for the Canterbury Bulldogs NSWRL Cup team for 2020, and the Toronto Arrows R.F.C. in Major League Rugby (MLR) in 2022-23.
From the past 6+ years working as a physiotherapist clinically, I have gained invaluable experience working at various capacities with top level amateur to professional basketball, rugby, hockey, figure skating, volleyball, tennis, track and field, soccer, football, Australian Football League, and cross-fit athletes. While working in private practice clinics, I’ve developed a keen interest in post-operative rehabilitation, athletic performance training, and various sports injuries.
Utilizing the resources at Invictus Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Centre, it would be my pleasure to assist and guide you in your post-operative rehabilitation, fitness journey or in maximizing your sporting performance!
